Palo Verde Two Orange Lights Report

A NUFORC witness and a second truck driver reportedly saw two bright orange lights east of Palo Verde, roughly ten miles from the reporting witness. The lights changed relative position and faded; conventional jets were reportedly seen circling nearby.
