Manassas Three-Chevron Formation

“Two witnesses reported three black triangular/chevron objects near the Dulles approach path, initially mistaken for birds, circling one another while ascending before breaking formation and departing rapidly toward the west/south.”

“The MUFON investigator said both witnesses remained excited and credible in phone/email follow-up and believed they had witnessed an aerial phenomenon, but the excerpt presents no photograph, radar return or third-party witness.”

“The witnesses estimated dark metallic sedan-sized objects at roughly 1,000-2,000 feet, below cloud level, with no audible sound or vapor trails; no wing flapping was observed when the objects crossed in front of clouds.”
