James Dunn told Hastings that while assigned to K-9 security at Loring’s WSA he saw an intense white light apparently directed toward the area commander’s vehicle. Dunn saw no beam shaft and no light fall on a weapons bunker; a sergeant later described the light as illuminating his truck interior.
