F.E. Warren India/Kilo/Charlie Missile-Site Reports

Fall 1973 through spring 1974; exact dates not recoveredF.E. Warren AFB missile field, Wyoming / Colorado / Nebraska, United States

Walter F. Billings recalled hearing an India LCC security-alarm response over the UHF launch network in which guards reported a large bright object over a silo, and later learned of separate Kilo and Charlie-area reports. No declassified Air Force records for the three incidents are presented; the alleged erasure of warhead targeting data was a rumor Billings could not verify.
