Brosdal Pan Am Radar-Visual Target off Florida

Pan American Captain Kenneth G. Brosdal and two crew members reported a very bright pulsating white light while the aircraft radar showed a target at a matching bearing and roughly 45-50 miles range. The radar target reportedly remained for about twenty minutes.
